President and General Manager

Harvey is the founder and owner of Rosehill Woodcrafters since 1993. He has gone from a one-man shop to having over 20 employees. As the General Manager, he carries out research and business development on a regular basis. He also offers sales support and does final measures before jobs go in to production. Harvey has over three decades of experience in the cabinetry industry and takes pride in offering high quality, custom cabinets to all of Rosehill’s customers with both residential and commercial.
SHANTAL THOMPSON
Sales and Design Consultant

Shantal has worked as a painter and Safety Administrator in our production facility in MacGregor, Manitoba since 2014. In the Spring of 2021, she decided to take her knowledge of cabinetry and eye for design and put it to use as a Sales and Design Consultant.
She is responsible for ensuring that Rosehill continues to maintain the high standards of COR certification and a safe workplace. Her years of experience and knowledge allow her to help out wherever she is needed in the shop. Shantal is a hard working individual whose organization and love for her job is unmatched.
ALYSSA GUENTHER
Accounting and Administration

Office Accounting and Administrator Support.
Alyssa is based in our MacGregor office and plays a central role in both the Accounting department and as our Office Administrator. She works closely with the sales team and our customers to handle payments and keep daily operations running efficiently. With a practical approach and a steady presence, Alyssa helps keep things organized and moving forward.
LUKE NEUFELD
Commercial Sales Manager

Working out of the production plant in MacGregor, Luke looks after commercial, contractor & dealer sales. Building relationships is key to success in this area. Luke looks forward to getting to know you and your customers’ needs in advance, so the work can be executed accurately & efficiently.
ROBYN KUSKO
Sales and Design Consultant

Upon graduating from the Sheffield School of Interior Design in February 2007, Robyn also received an Award of Merit for excellent technical skills and high creative endeavour. Robyn has extensive experience with many aspects of home renovations and designing and building of homes from start to finish.
With her lifelong love for interior design and many years of customer service experience, Robyn's passion for working with people shines.
KRISTINA PAPASTERIANOS
Sales and Design Consultant

Kristina has always had a great passion for fashion and design. Her enthusiasm and extensive experience working face to face with customers curates a positive design experience for each project. She knows how to listen and consider the needs of each of her clients to get them the end result they desire. Combined with her creativity and Rosehill quality cabinetry, she can't wait to bring your vision to life.
DAKOTAH GUENTHER
Commercial Sales Support & Safety Administrator

MacGregor Location
Dakotah supports the Commercial Sales team by preparing drawings and assisting with quoting. Her behind-the-scenes work helps ensure the commercial team has what they need to deliver accurate and timely proposals.
As the safety administration for the company, she plays an important role in shop safety, conducting regular check-ins and ensuring the team has everything they need to work safely and stay up to date with safety practices.
Operations Manager
JOHNNY PENNER

MacGregor Location
Johnny manages our production facility in MacGregor, Manitoba. He plans out the production and installation schedules and ensures everything runs smoothly. Johnny has worked in the cabinetry industry most of his working life and has been a dedicated Rosehill employee for many years. He started working in our shop and has been promoted throughout the shop and into management. Johnny takes pride in building custom cabinets he knows our customers will love.

Anne has extensive experience with many aspects of home design, building and renovations from start to finish. Her 6+ years of experience working in a lumber store design center and managing the paint center has given her the opportunity to be a part of many different projects.

Anne is passionate about paint, colour, home design and most importantly ensuring clear communication with her customers. She is excited to apply her love of problem solving while creating beautiful, yet functional, spaces to suit each of her clients needs.

JESSE BOEHLIG

Jesse grew up in a family deeply rooted in cabinetry and kitchen construction. After graduating in 2012, he went to work alongside his father, learning all things construction and operating the shop's machinery. His growing expertise eventually led him from the shop floor into engineering—where he utilizes his knowledge for construction and cost efficiency. Today, he plays a key role in delivering detailed plans to a large, professional finishing shop serving both residential and commercial sectors.
