Rosehill has been designing kitchens for over 17 years for our customers…now we are proud to launch our new

INTERIOR DESIGN PACKAGES

Often when our customers choose to buy new cabinetry for any room in their home or office, they find the fresh start of new colors and profiles are quite different to their existing decor.  They are faced with the dilemma of making sure their new cabinetry will fit into their space seamlessly and tastefully and are looking for advice on color schemes, decor or how to bring a whole room together.

All of our Sales Consultants are available to assist in both of the Cabinetry Packages below.  If you are interested in the Premium Design Package, we invite you to contact Dympna Issigonis, our interior designer located at our Winnipeg Showroom so we can set up an appointment that fits your schedule.

STARTER CABINETRY  

• Cost: No Charge
• One hour Consultation in a Rosehill Showroom. FREE estimate based on customer supplied measurements.

DELUXE CABINETRY 

• Cost:  $250.00
• One hour of consultation in customer's home for Winnipeg Residents (if outside Winnipeg city limits, mileage charge will be added accordingly)
• One hour of consultation in customers’ home for MacGregor and surrounding area residents (additional charge for mileage may be applicable depending on location)
• An accurate quote based on actual measurements by Rosehill Sales Consultant
• A detailed layout of kitchen including plans and elevation
• Specifications of interior accessories and options
• Suggestions for cabinetry options:
  • Cabinet door styles and profiles
  • Wood species
  • Stain and paint colors and finishes
  • Countertop materials, colors and styles
  • Cabinet hardware and accessories
• NOTE:  The cost of this package will be rebated upon the purchase of Rosehill cabinetry that exceeds $4000.00

PREMIUM DESIGN 

• Cost:    Starts from $500.00
• Includes entire Deluxe Cabinetry Package
• PLUS
• Kitchen Backsplash suggestions
• Design ideas for wall paint colors
• Suggestions for trim stain or paint colors
• Flooring styles and colors
• Furniture options
• Window dressing suggestions
• Lighting ideas

Every renovation or building project is unique and requires different levels of consultation.  Actual Design Packages will be decided by the designer based on the requirements supplied by the customer.  Additional consultation time will be billed at a rate of $85.00 per hour.

Depending on location and type of project, Rosehill maybe provide a complete estimate based on the entire project including plumbing, electrical and other finish carpentry.
