New Build or Renovation?

Often when our customers choose to buy new cabinetry, they are making a fresh start and choosing finishes that are quite different to their existing décor. When the new cabinetry is in place, they are faced with the dilemma of making sure it fits into their space seamlessly and tastefully. This is when the Design Services by Rosehill Woodcrafters Ltd. become important.

A free one-hour consultation is extended to all customers in order to find a price for a basic re-fit of our cabinetry and countertops to a renovation which does not change its layout. The designer may also offer advice on choice of wood finishes and countertops.

Design packages beyond the basic design will be based on an hourly rate of $85/hour. Packages will be decided between designer and customer. Consultation will include development of colour palette, including selection of materials for flooring, backsplash, paint colours, lighting, hardware, and window coverings.

Project management should be organized by a general contractor, and Rosehill Woodcrafters Ltd. may also provide a quote based on the entire project including plumbing, electrical, and other finish carpentry.
